Good Night Story with Sandman and Mr. Sleep for Children Ages 3 to 7

The Story of This Tale

I was once a mom to two children, aged 3 and 5. Every night, I would tell them made-up stories in the dark, a secret trick to summon the Sandman and Mr. Sleep quickly for my little rascals. I came up with all sorts of tales about ants, cars, even wolves and goats, but the one about the Sandman and Mr. Sleep was always in high demand. I've told it so many times that my children started correcting me if I dared to tweak any detail.

Consequently, I decided to write the story down and then record it. The most daring part, though, was finding an illustrator – that's when I stumbled upon Bianca.

Now, I'm thrilled to share the fruit of our imagination and hard work with you, hoping it will beckon the Sandman and Mr. Sleep to do their job on the evenings that follow long, and hopefully, cheerful days.

Note: Bianca is wearing the black blouse, while I, at that time, was only 36 years old and had longer hair.
